Who is this app for?
This app is for event coordinators and food enthusiasts. Whether you are looking to book a food truck for your next event or just trying to track down your favorite food truck for a bite to eat Food Magnet is for you!
Do I download the vendor or the foodie app?
If you own a food truck download the vendor app. If you are a foodie or an event coordinator download the foodie app.
What is a Hub?
A hub is a location that you want to have a food truck come to. This can be a venue, office building, park, etc.
How do I create a Hub?
Once you have downloaded the "Foodie" app you go can create a hub directly inside of the app in just a few steps.
How do I book a food truck?
Create a Hub in the app and the food trucks who are available and interested in participating in your event will notify you. Then select which ones you would like to book.
What if I require that food trucks pay a fee to participate in my event?
No worries, just add your fee into your hub details.
Can I change my event details after I've created it?
Yes, you can.
