In order to better provide you with our products and services, Food Magnet may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Additionally, we provide secure sign-in features through third-party platforms such as Google (Gmail) and Facebook. When using these platforms for sign-in, we may collect authentication information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and your settings on those platforms.

We also collect and process information about your actual location. This location data includes the GPS location of both food trucks and users, which allows us to provide map view functionality and distance filtering features in our application. We may link this location data to Google Maps to provide travel directions.

If you purchase Food Magnet's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, subject to their privacy policy.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services.

We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Food Magnet collects and uses your personal information to operate its application(s) and deliver the services you have requested. This includes using your location data to provide location-based services and features.
