Refunds Policy

At Food Magnet, we strive to provide quality products and services to our customers. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions regarding purchases, subscriptions, and device replacements.

Physical Product Purchases and Device Replacement

  • Non-Refundable Product Purchase: The purchase of our physical device is non-refundable. Once the device has been shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the device purchase.

  • Device Replacement: If your device is faulty due to manufacturing defects or issues not caused by user actions, Food Magnet will replace the device at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must return the original faulty device to us.

    • Replacement Process: Upon receiving the faulty device, we will send a replacement. During the time we possess the faulty device, your account will be credited for the duration it takes for us to deliver the replacement device. This credit will be applied to your account, effectively extending your subscription time without additional charges for the affected period.

  • Damages Caused by User Actions: If the device is damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or accidents caused by the user, Food Magnet will not issue a replacement or a refund. In such cases, customers will be responsible for purchasing a new device if they wish to continue using our services.

Non-Refundable Administration Fee

A one-time, non-refundable administration fee of $250 is charged at the time of initial setup. This fee covers the setup and configuration of your device and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Subscription Fees

  • Monthly Subscription: Food Magnet provides a subscription service that allows continued access to our platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable and are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Cancellation of Subscription: If you decide to cancel your subscription after a billing cycle has started, you will retain access to the service until the end of that billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

No Refund Policy

Food Magnet maintains a no refund policy for all purchases and subscriptions, including the physical device administration fee and monthly subscription fees. This policy applies unless otherwise specified in this document.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to our refund policy are as follows:

  • Device Replacement Credits: If a faulty device is returned to us, and it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1, your account will be credited for the time it takes to replace the device after we receive it. This is not a monetary refund but a credit toward your subscription.
